Two Ways to Photograph Your Next Southern Utah Listing

Not every listing has the same photography priorities. Some projects call for individually controlled lighting and a handcrafted finish. Others need a streamlined photo service with clear pricing and fast delivery. Sam Reed Real Estate Photography now offers two distinct ways to photograph your next Southern Utah listing.

The High End Option: flash-based and hand-edited

Sam’s high-end photography remains focused on carefully controlled lighting and hand editing. It is the premium approach for presenting interiors, finishes and property details with a refined, handcrafted finish.

This service has not been replaced by HDR. If premium photography is the right fit for your property, discuss the current scope, pricing and timing with Sam. The new HDR rates and delivery window apply only to the HDR service.

The Budget Friendly Option: Same-Day HDR

The new Same-Day HDR photography service combines bracketed exposures in an efficient listing-photo workflow. Finished photographs are delivered within four hours after the shoot finishes. The clock starts at shoot completion, not at arrival or the beginning of the appointment.

HDR is a photos-only service. Drone and video are separate, and a property website is not included. If your marketing plan needs other media, discuss those requests separately so the scope and timeline are clear.

Straightforward HDR pricing

  • Up to 2,000 sq ft: $175

  • 2,001–3,000 sq ft: $225

  • 3,001–4,000 sq ft: $275

  • 4,001–5,000 sq ft: $325

  • 5,001–6,000 sq ft: $375

  • 6,001–7,000 sq ft: $425

  • Over 7,000 sq ft: custom quote

Share any separate buildings, guest spaces or unusual access requirements when asking about your property. Confirm availability and the full requested scope before building the listing launch around an appointment.

Choose around your actual priorities

The choice is not about calling one property important and another unimportant. It is about matching the service to the finish, budget and timing the project needs. Premium flash-based photography and Same-Day HDR use different approaches, so they should be compared as distinct options rather than presented as identical results at different prices.

Our Help Me Decide guide explains the differences in lighting, color control, detail and delivery. Existing portfolio photography illustrates Sam’s property work; it should not be assumed to be a sample of the new HDR service.

Start with the property details

Sam is based in St. George and serves Southern Utah. To plan a shoot, send the property location, square footage, preferred date and any specific media needs. Mention your intended launch deadline so delivery and your own upload schedule can be considered together.

Explore both photography options or contact Sam to confirm the right fit and availability for your property.
