HELP ME DECIDE · MLS PHOTOGRAPHY

Which photo service is right for my listing?

Two thoughtful options. Different priorities. Choose high-end, handcrafted lighting and detail—or a fast, budget-friendly route to getting your listing online.

The High End Option

Flash-based. Hand-edited.

Choose this when presentation and fine details deserve extra attention.

  • Approach: flash and available light, carefully balanced with hand editing—often called flambient.
  • Control: deliberate lighting helps refine color, window balance and the way finishes and details appear.
  • On site: a more considered process, with individual lighting decisions for each space.
  • Delivery: premium photography retains its one-business-day turnaround guarantee.
  • Investment: contact Sam for premium pricing for your property and chosen services.

The Budget Friendly Option

Same-day HDR. Fast & efficient.

Choose this when a streamlined shoot, lower cost and a quick launch are your priorities.

  • Approach: bracketed exposures are blended into finished listing photographs.
  • Control: an efficient exposure-blending workflow, rather than individually lit, hand-edited scenes.
  • On site: a fast, streamlined shoot for MLS coverage.
  • Delivery: finished photos within 4 hours after your shoot finishes.
  • Investment: from $175 for up to 2,000 sq ft, with clear square-footage pricing.

Start with your priorities.

“I need to get this listing live quickly.”

HDR is a practical fit when your timeline and budget come first. You get a fast photo shoot and four-hour delivery after shoot completion.

“I want extra care in the presentation.”

Choose premium flash-based photography when lighting, color and fine details are central to how you want the property presented.

What is included?

Same-day HDR is photos only. Drone and video are separate services, and a property website is not included. Premium photography retains its existing service inclusions, including drone photos and a property website. Ask Sam to confirm the full scope for your property.

What do HDR and flambient mean?

HDR stands for high dynamic range. Several exposures capture brighter and darker areas, then are blended into a finished photograph.

Flambient combines flash and ambient—or available—light. Sam’s premium service pairs controlled lighting with hand editing for a more individually refined result.

Both are useful approaches to real estate photography. The best fit depends on your goals, not simply the property’s price or size.
