Choose coverage for the way the images will be used. Share the address, approximate square footage, any separate structures and the delivery deadline so Sam can confirm the service, availability and travel.
Include the working spaces that matter.
If a garage, shop, storage building or other structure is an important part of the sale, decide whether the gallery needs its interior, exterior or both. Send a list of those spaces rather than assuming they are included in the residence’s square footage.
Explain the relationship between buildings and the intended use of each image. A buyer may need to understand access and scale, while a builder may want a closer record of materials and workmanship.
Make travel and readiness part of the plan.
Share the exact address, entry route and an on-site contact when requesting the shoot. If the property is outside the town center or navigation directions are unclear, include a map pin and specific arrival instructions.
Coordinate cleaning and site preparation before the scheduled visit. Flag access or weather concerns promptly, and confirm that all requested structures can be opened. Starting service prices do not imply that travel is included for every destination.
