For a property with more than one structure or a long approach, share an annotated map and explain where to enter and park. Identify the residence, any detached spaces and the outdoor areas that should be included in the quote.
If land is part of the listing story, confirm the boundaries and access rights with your agent or records. A wide photograph can show context, but it does not establish acreage, ownership lines or usable building area.
Choose ground and elevated views intentionally.
An exterior sequence can establish the approach, the building’s relationship to its site and the outdoor spaces a buyer would use. Point out the direction of an important view and any features that should be visible from the property itself.
Ask about drone coverage when it adds useful information. Sam will need the actual location and proposed scope to assess permissions, conditions and feasibility. Ground photography remains important for showing entrances, materials and human-scale details.
